These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications published by AppzSight ("we," "our," or "us"), including Write it, ReportIt, KPI Collector, and Expense Tracker (collectively, "the Apps"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any AppzSight application, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Rent, lease, or sell access to the Apps
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose

3. In-App Purchases & Premium Features

One-Time Premium Unlock (Write it)

• Price: SAR 39.99 (prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes)
• What you get: Unlimited notes, all note types, drawing canvas, PDF attachments, automatic backup, and all future features included in the premium tier
• Lifetime access: The premium unlock is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges
• Restore purchases: You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Google account

Refunds

All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play within the applicable refund window. AppzSight does not process refunds directly.

4. Your Content

All notes, drawings, images, recordings, and other content you create within our Apps ("Your Content") belong entirely to you. We do not access, transmit, or store Your Content on any server.

• You are solely responsible for Your Content and any backup of it
• We are not liable for any loss of Your Content due to device failure, uninstallation, or any other cause
• We recommend regularly using the in-app export/backup feature to protect your data

5. Privacy

Our Apps are designed to be completely offline and privacy-first. We collect zero personal data. Please review our full Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle (or rather, do not handle) your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any errors in the Apps will be corrected
• The Apps will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppzSight and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Any other monetary loss

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific App feature giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Updates & Changes to the Apps

We may update, modify, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We will try to notify users of significant changes through app updates or in-app notices. Continued use of the Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Apps — including but not limited to the software code, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by AppzSight. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
